Process to move a job from step 1 to hiring someone.

  1. Create a job description or update one you already have on the HR drive.
  2. If you want to post this job with a more fluffy job posting instead of the dry job description, let me know so we can get that created as well.
  3. Check to see if there is a template for that job in iSolved Hire. If there isn't one, contact me to get it uploaded. Along the way, you will be asked to either create qualifying questions or I will create at least one to add to the template. This will make sense when we talk about templates in a few minutes.
  4. Check iSolved Hire to see if you have a current offer letter listed that can be used with candidates. If you don't have one, create one and send it to Alisha. These can be changed very easily by Alisha or you can change the template before you send it.
  5. When you requisition a job to be posted, log in and go to Jobs where you will see the option to requisition a job. You will be asked to choose from a template - this is where you will need to have a template in the system or we will need to create one now. Submit the requisition and it will go to your coach or coaches for approval. You may want to let them know you've requisitioned a job posting so they need to approve the job when it comes for them to approve. We ask that your coach approve your job because they might have suggestions for changes to wording or other things they need to check with you about.
  6. When the job has gone through all of the requisition approvals, it will come to me and I will post that job. If I have questions or if we have things to discuss as requested in the requisition, I will be in touch with you.
  7. You will start to receive notifications that an application has been submitted. These will come in an email. By clicking on the link in the email, you will be asked to log in to view the candidate's profile or if you are already logged in, you will be taken directly to the profile.
  8. You can use iSolved Hire to move the candidate through the process. We'll talk about some specifics today. If we don't cover something you want to know about, connect with me later and we can talk about things I didn't cover.
  9. As part of the process, there are a few actions that I will need to do for you. I wish iSolved Hire would allow the system to auto generate an email to me when the options are selected, but it doesn't so you will need to email me when you need either of these done.
    1. Gallup Assessment
    2. Background check if it comes before the offer letter - which it should. If it comes after the offer letter is sent, I will automatically set them up with a background check.
  10. When you are ready to hire, you will send an offer letter through iSolved Hire.
  11. Once the offer letter is accepted, let me know. If I don't hear from you, I may not follow up with you.
  12. I move them from candidate to being hired and will start the onboarding process.
